A photo is selected through Android system interfaces and processed on the device. The original file is not modified. An optimized temporary copy may be created in the app cache until you save, share or clear it. ELY does not upload the selected photo, its image content, filename or URI to its own server.

Google Play Billing is used for the optional one-time Remove Ads purchase. ELY does not receive or store your bank card number. Payment processing is handled by Google Play.

The free Google Play version may use Google Mobile Ads. UMP may be used to present privacy choices where required. The user's selected photos are not sent to the advertising SDK as ad parameters.

Network data handled by the included Google services is transmitted over encrypted connections. ELY does not operate a user profile database for Exact Photo Size.

App settings and temporary files are stored locally on the device until the user clears app data, clears cache where applicable, or uninstalls the app. Exact Photo Size does not provide an ELY account or an ELY server-side profile, so there is no separate ELY account-deletion flow. Data processed by Google services is governed by Google's own retention and deletion controls.
